Born from a love of multiple passions, beer was the common thread across them all. Crazy trout craft beer is about enjoying the nature of the great lakes. Warm summers, cold windy winters our beer fits all seasons. Fly fishing the salmon run or sailing lake Ontario, our beer fits all activities. Simple and fun, its not really about the beer, but who you share it with.

Our craft brewery is about independence. Independence to do and enjoy the activities we love but also of the independence of energy. Our brewery runs completely grid independent off renewable resources. Ensuring the great lake nature that inspired our beer is not negatively impacted by the energy used in its production.
